What a great way to start the season, a solid 9 - 1 home win.
The U12's certainly put the Exning defeat behind them, today every player put a shift in and contributed well to the game, it was lovely to watch.
In training on Wednesday we'll focus on some of the things we could have done better, but lets reflect on the fact that all the players enjoyed themselves and played as a team.
For those coaching, helping out and watching today I know it was cold but thank you to every one of you for being there, it does make a difference to everyone's enjoyment if we stick together and Nigel, Paul and I appreciate all your efforts.
One other thing worth mentioning, I think our pitch played really well today, it rarely lets us down and I think the home advantage was with us today as Soham play on a much slower pitch.
