Without doubt today's match against Histon was the toughest league game so far this season.
The Colts started with real intent and had numerous chances on goal in the first 15 minutes, but the Histon keeper was on top form and kept everything out early on.
Heading towards half time the game opened up and a goal for the Colts was just reward for the constant pressure up front.
The second half turned out to be a real battle with both teams wanting the win. Some great skill and passing was seen from both sides and a nail-biting finish saw the Colts take a 2 - 3 victory.
Lots to work on in training but also lots to be proud of today, all the lads put in a shift and should be very pleased with themselves.
