A tough game today in tricky conditions but the boys should be very proud of themselves. The last time we played Exning is was a one sided affair and this time it was a whole lot different.
Today we really put in a good effort and it was a shame the game was decided on a momentary lapse in concentration. In the first half they put us under pressure but we caught them on the break enough to make them fear our attacks, the second half was very balanced and chances came throughout for either side.
You could argue we were unlucky with a couple of decisions but the result stands, we win as a team and lose as a team, I think we gave Exning a fright and were unlucky not to get something out of them game.
