Today's match seemed like a cup final.
We took the early lead, then they took the lead, then we did and so the game went on.
On balance I think a draw would have been a fair result, but on reflection their fitness edged it for them.
Royston were a good team to play and if a friendly is needed this season I think they would be a great team to play, given how closely matched we are with them.
Training this week will be focused on fitness, but anything else the boys can do to get off their X-Boxes and improve their fitness themselves would be a real help.
