Potton Town council are investigating the planting of a native hedge to be planted at our Mill Lane pitch where the Leylandii hedge used to be. They hope to plant the hedge this Autumn and this is where we want to see who fancies helping with a bit of hedge planting Approximately 500 hedging plants need to be planted, if ten families were interested that would be approximately 50 hedging plants per family but the more the merrier. The native hedging will hopefully provide a small wind break, diversity and wildlife.
If any Potton United Youth FC teams, players, managers and/or families would be interested in planting some of the hedging plants please let us know by quickly registering your interest here. When we know about dates we'll be in touch to see if you can still help out.
