A tough day back and the same result as the start of last season.
It was great to be back and playing football on a Saturday morning. We had a great pitch and good conditions in which to play, but we sadly didn't back this up with a good result.
I think the best way to summarise today was that we were sluggish and our opposition completely switched on.
Don't get me wrong, we didn't embarass ourselves, it's just that we were not as switched on.
Plenty to work on at training, but also in general fitness too.
Next week we are away against Royston Town, watch out for match details towards the end of the week.
