This was another great battle for us. A true end to end game played in both sunshine and a hailstorm.
In the first half with a tailwind we over-kicked a lot of our through balls which frustrated the forwards, the Celts clearly had a counter-attack agenda which led to the first goal early on for them. We battled on and went into the break all square at 1 -1.
In the second half when going in to the wind our passes were better weighted and percentage of possession much higher, this resulted in three well taken goals to put the game out of sight for the Celts.
Well done to all the players today, they stuck at it and battled hard in mixed weather for a well deserved win.
